The Kim family - and more immigrants

The Kim family was devastated by Alexander's death. He was so young, with his whole life ahead of him. His son Alastair had just aged up, and Alessia was still a toddler. And now he would never see them grow up...

Alexandra has the 'instable' trait. I thought I'd changed it (because it's annoying), but apparently the change didn't stick. Or I forgot. 
She's changed personality a few times already, and is currently ambitious, a workaholic, a heavy sleeper and has a green thumb. It sort of depends on what swap her trait gives her whether I force her into the hospital or let nature take its course...

Still, this didn't stop Huan Chao from wanting to complete the Deep Sea Diver career.



And Bernadette Kim changed her lifetime wish to Deep Sea Diver as well, although she didn't want to make a career out of it.

Christal Kim stuck with her previous lifetime wish, though, to become a Master of Mysticism. Her mother is well on her way to becoming one, and she wants to follow in her footsteps.



Bernadette aged up even more rebellious than she was already. Definitely nothing 'mystic' about her!



(Curses! Aunt Bernadette! Let me SLEEP already!!)


As a matter of fact, she wants to be an Art Appraiser.





Bianca continues to work as a fortune teller/psychic.



Bianca's lifetime wish was to be a zoologist. She achieved that a long time ago. Maybe one day she'll go back to her earlier wishes, and explore underwater zoology? (Maybe she could get killed by a shark?)

In the meantime, she ran into her sister, and commented on her sister's evil aura. Bianca seems to think this is a bad omen.



Rosanna tells her it's her own evil. She *owns* this evil. She's the Empress of Evil!!



Bianca isn't happy about it. She has a bad feeling about her sister...

Huan Chao does a lot of diving, and pretty soon reaches Level 10 in the diving skill. That doesn't mean a lot for his career (he has to bring in thousands of Simoleons' worth of treasure for every level he wants to complete), but he does get a nifty retro diving suit.

Meanwhile, Susannah Fox is the only other Art Appraiser in town. So day after day, immigrants come in to mess around with art for a day and then leave...

Susannah's granddaughter Melissa has aged up. She looks like  her mother Lynsay, but not as much as I though she would.

In an effort to find more co-workers to cope with the rabbithole career issues, I found yet another family in the bin. They're also from the Pets save game - and the big advantage they have, is that they're mostly adults.

Meet the Brown family:

The parents (Harold and Margaret) are elders - in spite of their hair colour - and I don't like that. I need workers. So I aged them down to adult. I also aged the adult son down to young adult, and the three young adult children just became younger. I also aged down Merlin, the cat.

I didn't like the way aging down had changed haircolours for the parents, so I changed those to something that looked like what they had as elders. I changed the hair of one of the sons (Jonah) to something a bit less grey-looking, and fixed their outfits.

Then, because Margaret had the wish to be 'surrounded by family', I cloned her and created another teenage daughter for the family.

Here they are, from left to right:
Micah, age 25, in the medical career

Lola, age 23, law enforcement
Anita, age 23, education
Margaret, age 54, business
Harold , age 56, science
Marigold, age 17, highschool student

And of course Merlin the cat, who is now 2 years old and who thinks his job is catching birds.

In a random effort to re-distribute co-workers, I also made some changes to other families.

Colleen Mendez decided to quit her professional sports career and join Law Enforcement. They need more policemen.Her son Raoul (a level 10 Equestrian) also joins the police.

Ernest Thao has accumulated so much charisma as a Sports Agent, he decided to go into Politics. At the same time his father switches from Professional Sports (he was a League MPV) to Acting.
I know that after this generation I will also get rid of the movie-related rabbithole careers, but for now I need some more co-workers for Raphael Bernard.

And meanwhile, I overhauled the stadium as well. It now has bleachers, a dugout, dressing rooms and sports equipment in the basement, and a rabbithole rug (also in the basement).

The little coffee corner was moved from the side to the front, behind the bleachers. The stairs to the basement are moved to the other side - also behind the bleachers.

Who knows, maybe one day professional sports will come back?
