Meanwhile, elsewhere in town...

Because of Alexandra and Alexander's honeymoon, I had skipped the Harrell family in my (supposedly alphabetical) rotation, so I got back to them.

They moved into a smaller house, as the Harrell family usually has to take out loans at the NRaas Bank to make ends meet.
Because they now live in a much smaller house, and Jeannine is co-parenting her kids, the elders got booted to the retirement home as well. Nathan and his brother were immediately seen all over town together, so I guess they're happy with the change.

Donovan and Jeannine got married, in private.

And immediately got into a fight. (Apparently it had something to do with Janelle living with them?)

First Christopher tried to make up, and Jeannine got angry, only to turn around and try to kiss him, so he got angry. In the end I had them both apologise and that was an end to the fight.

Janelle tried to get to know her new step-grandkids, who of course live with the Harrell family while I'm playing them. (I'll move them over to Christopher's house when it's his turn.)

They aged up to kids now. Eric turned evil, unfortunately. I cleaned up their wardrobe a bit, and played the family for a while, but nothing noteworthy happened with them.

Nothing much was happening in the McGovern family either. Or in the Harrell-McGovern houseboat. Constance only works three days a week, so it's hard to get her promoted. Besides, Rosanna brings in so much money there really isn't much of an incentive. And like most of the McGoverns, Constance is lazy...

Next up I played the Mendez family. They're not moving, they have the perfect house. :)

Raoul worked on his Lifetime Wish for a while. He really needs to earn more money with horses, and at the moment he can't sell Dany, because Chico is so young...
So he's relying on prize money. It's such a pain to get a jockey to compete in a competition. Just to find the horse, and get horse and rider in the same general area so the jockey can mount the horse, and by that time the competition is probably over...

However, he did manage to get to the races eventually, and even managed to win two advanced racing competitions in a row...
Belladonna needs to win 15 advanced races in total to get her last racing skill accomplishment. She's now won three. And Raoul is now at level 8 of his career.

Juan really likes the new foal, Chico.

The baby horse is currently more interesting to him than his baby sister Julietta.

But then, nobody seems to be interested in Julietta much... This is where I found her when I started playing:

I put down a car seat and directed Colleen to rescue her granddaughter.

Tracie did get her Perfect Garden. She'd planted it last time I played them, and the plants have now grown, so the wish was fulfilled.

She still has mainly nectar-related fruits, so that her father-in-law can work his way up in the Nectar Maker career.
Dominic manages to drink quite a bit of his own nectar. Last time I played him he was down to 40 (from the 52 he had when he got his LTW) and now it's only 30.

Meanwhile Ernest Thao is still working on his new sports agent career. It's slow going, though.

Now it's time to send Alexander and Alexandra back to Egypt so that Alexander can finish his exploration of the Great Pyramid.
