Two funerals, a divorce, and a chat with Grim...

Terra Sommers and Francois Lambert have been sleeping in Murphy beds in the Retirement Home. Francois is both childish (so he likes to pull the bed down) and neat (so he likes to close the bed), and he's been messing around with the stupid thing for days...

Regina, too, has been spontaneously closing Terra's bed whenever she walks into the living room.
She's clumsy, so she got crushed by it quite a few times.

But to everyone's surprise, it was Terra Sommers who was the first blunt force trauma victim!!

Terra was one of the Thao triplets, born when the families just moved to Mesa Valley.

She is survived by two sisters, Harmony and Regina, two brothers, Jonathan and Jeremy, her daughter Melanie Samson, her son Christopher, and three grandchildren: Lori (Samson) Adams and Eliza and Eric Sommers.

She is buried beside her husband, Jake, who died of old age a while ago.

In the meantime, her son Christopher has been having a hard time. His relationship with his wife Jeannine (née Lambert) had been going downhill for a while - I guess it may have something to do with the fact that Christopher continues to flirt with half the NPC population - the *male* half!!!

Jeannine has been flirting with Donovan Harrell, who seemed to be interested enough to ask for her phone number.

Unfortunately they did their flirting near the science lab in the town clinic, where Jeannine works. Christopher, who is a doctor, came down just as they were about to kiss. He was *not* happy!!

Donovan doesn't seem to be much of a knight in shining armour - he didn't do a thing and just walked off, muttering something about the broken vending machine.

Still, it was no surprise at all that Christopher ended up filing for divorce.

While this drama was going on, Hui Young Kim quietly passed away from old age. She was in her 80's and had lived a full life, so it wasn't too dramatic. They buried her in the old graveyard, between her husband and her daughter.

These are her two sons, meeting up right after the funeral (that I forgot to take screenshots of).

Alexander Kim missed the funeral entirely. He was in China, looking for artifacts, meditating and talking to more locals...

He forgot all about his grandmother while he was on vacation, but the moment he returned home he realised that she was no longer there, and he went right back to mourning her. (It always seems a bit weird to have time standing still while one family member is traveling...)

Wu decided to check out the new church. She had nothing better to do, so she made a speech, played the organ, and then decided to go down to the catacombs.

In fact, she went down even further, below the catacombs, where there's a mysterious door. So this is where Grim lives!!

Nothing bad happened - Wu became friends with Grim. Maybe she should challenge him to a duel... She's pretty skilled, so she might win herself a deathflower.

In the meantime, Malinda McGovern and Keeley Harrell have been checking out the new church, too.
