Growing Up in Mesa Valley

The Thao girls like playing with their baby brothers, although Terra's evil streak sometimes gets the better of her.

It doesn't take very long before Daniel is also ready to go to school. Followed by his nephew Brandon.

Lucia is the last one to age up to toddler.

So now there are ten kids in the new generation - technically speaking, the Harrell kids are of a 'previous generation', of course. But that doesn't stop them from playing together. After all, the only other kids they know are the paper-kids.

I did decide to stop with the babies at that point and concentrate on everyone growing up.

* * *

Terra, Harmony and Regina Thao are on the verge of becoming teenagers, while Daniel Harrell and Brandon Adams are ready for school. Followed fairly soon by Nathan Harrell, who is only a little bit younger than his brother.

And by now Wesley is nearing the end of his 'safe' elderhood. In a few days, he'll max out, and from that moment on, every day can be his last.

In the meantime, Victor Adams is a bit depressed that there's virtually nobody his own age, except the babysitters. The insane teenager is still waiting for him to pop the question (she's quite sure she's adorable, and after all, there's no competition), but Victor doesn't want to spend the rest of his life 'creeped out'.

The Harrell family moved into a larger house before Lucia was born - there just wasn't any room for them in the old two-bedroom house they had before. They now have a huge house, with a large garden, nextdoor or to Corey and Jesse.

Corey's son Brandon likes playing with his uncles. Here he is with his uncle Nathan.

A few days after Daniel, Nathan is also ready for school (his third trait is 'daredevil').

Nathan and Daniel both love painting, so Kelsey buys them two easels.

Lucia ages up next. She looks just like her brothers.

They really do look alike - they all have this 'NPC-slider-0' look about them. But they're still cute!

Lucia loves baking, so she gets a bake sale table for her birthday.

She doesn't do badly - although she sometimes eats the merchandise herself...

* * *

Of course the Thao twins are also children now. They are concentrating on improving their building skills, apparently.

Soon the triplets will have their next birthday and become teenagers.

When Victor ages up, he decides to move out of the house, into his Uncle Elden's old trailer. He wants to be independent, but in fact, all he is, is lonely...

He orders pizza, calls people for repairs, and even considers not paying his bills in case the repo-woman is cute... But after the pizza-deliverer, the repair person, the maid and the mail carrier all turn out to be male, he figures that with his luck, the repo-person he attracts will also be a male adult...

So instead Victor pays his bills and then goes to France, looking for romance. But no such luck - l'amour is not waiting for him in Champ-les-Sims.
That leaves his insane ex-girfriend babysitter. So for now, Victor gives up.

  1. Awww, yes.... I remember having a crush on Victor as well, huh... That's why I found him so cute previously. *lol* @ all the service Sims being males. Well, it's still a luck he was too young to live on Lunar Lakes because the situation would have been even more desperate for him! :)
    The triplets are pure darling!
    (I don't sleep, finally, so I thought I could have more bed-time stories! ;))

  2. Oh, goodness - on my Lunar Lakes, where all the service NPCs are robots? LOL!!! I couldn't pull it off without lots and lots of service Sims. :)
