Winchester Farming Community

My small Adams community seems to be moving in a post-apocalyptic world. Every time they think they're settling in, their world comes crashing down. Literally.

So here they are, once again making a fresh start. They did manage to bring all their deceased relatives - that's the beauty of a system where a grave automatically turns into an urn when you move it indoors...

* * *

The Mesa Valley families were all evacuated to a small abandoned island named the Winchester Farming Community. For the first few days they were mostly stuck together in large empty houses while they tried to sort themselves out.
The older generation had been through this before, but never with such a large group of people to look after. Allocating houses wasn't as easy this time.

Brandon, Judith and Dexter Adams were the first ones to pick a new home.

And here they are:

When you look at their house from the street, there are two large barns on either side. The barn on the left looks like it belonged to the farm in the past - but it's on a separate lot now.

Jonathan, Lucia and Susannah Thao live in this barn, which has been converted to a house.

There's a second large farm with a barn on the island. The farm building stands empty - there are plans to convert it to an entertainment center one day - but the barn has been converted into a house.

Daniel, Sofia, Rosanna and Bianca Harrell decide they want to live here.

So that's the first three households settled. Like I said, it's going to be quite a chore to get everyone into a home of their own!

  1. It must be a pretty big change for them, all these fields and greenery, after the dry desert of Mesa Valley! I'm all for Winchester! *swoon*
